MAGMA Smelting Unit for High-Temperature Recycling of Unsorted Municipal Waste

MAGMA is a high-efficiency, continuous smelting unit designed for the high-temperature recycling of unsorted municipal waste. It uses a layer of molten slag and liquid sodium as a coolant, which has been proven to be 90 times more efficient than water.

The unit operates at extremely high temperatures, completely destroying harmful substances like dioxins and furans, which are otherwise difficult to eliminate.

This environmentally clean technology transforms waste into valuable by-products, such as metals, construction materials, and energy, promoting sustainable waste management.

Pyrolysis & Gasification Technologies

Pyrolysis and gasification technologies are advanced processes for converting various waste materials into energy. These systems include pyrolysis gasifiers that generate heat and electricity from multi-fuel wastes, vertical pyrolysis plants to recover oil and carbon, and flash pyrolysis plants that produce pyro-gas, pyro-oil, and carbon from biomass and coal.

Fast pyrolysis allows controlled burning of unsorted municipal waste, while vortex gasification targets fine particles of biomass and coal for efficient energy production, offering sustainable solutions to waste management and energy generation.


Bio-Refinery for Waste-to-Diesel Conversion

The Bio-Refinery technology converts solid hydrocarbons into liquid hydrocarbons using pyrolysis. Developed by petrochemical scientists in Russia, this process turns various oil wastes (such as used engine oil, coal tar, and tyre pyrolysis oil) into high-quality Euro-4 diesel.

This technology is successfully operating in Kazakhstan, Vietnam, and China. Recently, the same team has created a breakthrough method that converts biomass and oil waste into clean, renewable diesel with low sulfur levels, making it an environmentally friendly and sustainable energy solution.
